Frequently Asked Questions

How long from when my order is placed will it take to ship?

We strive to ship the same day. This depends on what time we receive the order and if it is a weekend. It may take up to 3 working days, and longer during sale periods.

Exceptions arise with the LFL card kits and add-on orders – they are pre-released around the 19th of the month, but don't start shipping until after the 1st of the month.

I haven't received my order yet, where is it?

Canada Post states that the parcels take between 7-10 business days to deliver, and I have found this more often than not to be the case – there are exceptions of course, you will be able to track your parcel to see where on its journey it currently is, as every order is shipped tracked.

I have entered the address incorrectly on my order, can you change it please?

As long as you have contacted me before I ship your parcel I'll be happy to change it. If I have already sent it, the responsibility falls to you. Should I receive the parcel back, I can resend it to you at your expense, or refund you the cost of the product.

How much is my order in my currency?

I publish my prices in CAD (as I'm located in Canada!) there is the option to change the currency in the top right corner of the shop – however, these prices are subject to change as are dependent on the daily exchange rate, and your banking providers figures.

How do I join the mailing list?

On the home page (Click the Feather logo at the top of any desktop page) right below the logo is a mint box which you enter your email address into.

Alternatively at the bottom of this page in the navy area, typing your email then the navy arrow circle to the right and we'll do the rest!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, absolutely- as long as you have a postal address - we will send your order to you!

Can I see the products in my currency?

Yes, in the top right on the home page there is the opportunity to switch the currency over, and at the very bottom of every page in grey in the left corner there is also the option to switch it over.

If I subscribe to the monthly kit, can I opt out for a month?

I am afraid not at this time – we make up each kit dependant on how many subscribers I have plus a percentage of extras for those not wishing to commit.

How does the subscription work?

When you join the subscription, you pay for 2 kits (at a reduced rate) and 2 lots of shipping. You therefore pay for your first and last kit.

You will receive the next calendar month kit, and then - the following month between the 14th and 17th of the month you will either pay automatically by credit card, or will receive a PayPal invoice. Should you want to end the subscription you merely need to email and you won’t be billed again, but will receive the next kit, as you paid for "your last" when you took the subscription out. 

When does the next kit come out?

The kits are released on the 19th of each month, (or the closest working day following) the same day as the unboxing video on YouTube. They start shipping from the First of the month. Sneak peeks start on the 12th of each month.

What is the cut off date for adding extras to my subscription box?

The cut-off date is usually the 25th of the month at midnight MST – so if you would like to add to your kit box, please check out your basket before then.

I've moved house, or need my subscriptin box to be sent elsewhere this month, what do I do?
