A Happy Birthday card

A Happy Birthday card

Today, I have a pretty and feminine birthday card to share,

Made with the new June Release goodies.

I absolutely LOVE the Make a Wish Ephemera Pack.

It is loaded with fun and beautiful images.

You can create a gorgeous card quickly by using these.

Let's take a look at my card.

It is a little difficult to see in this picture, but I used the

and cut out Happy Birthday in glitter cardstock.

I decided not to use the shadow and just placed the letters using

liquid glue and foam adhesive.
Here is a closer look,
(that glitter paper is difficult to capture in a photo)
To begin my card, I made a yellow top-folding card base.
I took white cardstock and cut it to 4 X 5 1/4 inches
added some yellow inking to the middle area

and glued a doily in the center.
Next, I took some of the floral die cuts and placed them in the
center area of the card using foam dots as shown below
I decided the card needed a little more silver, so I wrapped silver string
panel as shown in the finished card
The panel was then adhered to the yellow card base
And you have a simple but striking birthday card
I hope my card has inspired you to get out
your supplies and make a card today!
Don't forget you can see more of my work on my Instagram
